The assertion that families can pass down trauma from generation to generation
Just might be so
We must learn how to deal
We must then let it go
The struggle with attachment
The mind clings to negative things
The persistence of tribulation
And all that it brings
The imprint of family tradition
Takes deep root in the youngling’s mind
The stigma that is associated
And all of its kind
The burden that will face you
When all is said and done
Did you build any new happy memories?
Do they push out out the bad ones that are now next to none?
