When your confidence is shrouded by insecurity

The wounds never heal

If you deny any chance to grow

When you bottle up the emotional pain

it is your shame that prevents you to show

Caught in a vicious cycle

The unexplored subconscious reigns

Never looking at your reflection

Never understanding your pain

Never learning how to process emotional trauma

You willingly suppress and avoid feelings That keep you in chains

You battle this inner enemy

A victim you become by your own claim

Unresolved childhood trauma

Not knowing where to turn

Perpetually questioning your internal compass

If you don’t trust yourself, you won’t be able to learn

When your confidence is shrouded by insecurity

The dismissive avoidant, prolongs their suffering and pain

Little chance for success

When it is all done in vain

There is hope for a chance of recovery

Take my hand I will be your guide

You can find resolution

But you must first expose what you so often hide

A blessing if kept, we deserve

Beyond the love of oneself

The love of a spouse

And then of a child

This union creates a house

As time passes

Our focus is misdirected

If too much self

Than the We is no longer connected

Therefore, because of our proclivity

The hierarchy shall be

The observance of the divine

Before the observance of family

The prescription

When lost in misdirection

Reconnect to the hierarchy

Depose yourself of any misconception

The fourth Decalogue

Keep the sabbath holy as we shall observe

This orientation will ground us

A blessing if kept, we deserve

The paradox of the blind seeker

The Paradox of the Blind Seeker

Once, in a village at the edge of a vast forest, there lived a blind man named Elan. Though Elan could not see, he was known far and wide as a seeker of truth. Every day, he would set out guided only by sound, smell, and the echoes of the world.
One morning, the village woke to find the sky heavy with dark clouds and the wind murmuring strange riddles. The villagers whispered, afraid of the unknown storm that approached. Elan, though blind, was not afraid—yet a perplexing doubt settled deep within him.
Seeking the source of the storm’s meaning, Elan ventured deeper into the forest, following the shifting winds. Along the way, he met a hunter crouched by a stream. The hunter spoke, “Elan, why do you chase certainty in the shadow of confusion?”
Elan replied, “Though I cannot see, I must walk—because to stand still is to surrender to darkness.”
The hunter smiled sadly. “Yet, all who walk this path are blind in some way. Knowing this, are you still certain your direction leads to truth?”
Elan paused. The forest whispered around him—birds quiet, leaves trembling—and he realized that the forest was both his guide and his puzzle.
Days passed. Elan returned to the village, unknowing if he had found any truth or merely circled deeper into perplexity. Yet, the villagers greeted him with respect—not for answers, but for the courage to walk despite the blindness.
Elan understood then: The human journey is not to conquer confusion but to embrace it—to move forward despite it, learning that clarity is not a place reached, but a companion kept through the storm.

Despite our perplexity

I am an ameliorist

I am a pragmatist

I use common sense

With self reflection, I challenge my awareness

The best diagnostic tools we employ

Our reason and our comparisons to what we perceive

Do we learn from our mistakes?

Or do we continue to overlook these mistakes we deploy?

One only needs to look in the mirror

To mediate, validate, and change what we see

One must look even deeper

Into your heart on how you want to be

we can change our appearance

We can change our demeanor

If we change, what standard will we measure?

Is the grass always greener?

However, we tread this crossroad

Despite the level of our complexity

Our choice may define us

Despite our perplexity
